Texas has seen one of the worst days of their lives for some parents and others across the US, as shooting has taken place in Robb Elementary School in south Texas.
The gunman was believed to have opened fire at the primary school which has teachers and children aged 7 to 10 in the building.
The suspect was believed to have been an 18-year-old man with a handgun, an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle, and high-capacity magazines. This is all that the investigators are saying about the shooting right now.
It is believed that 19 children were killed during this attack and 2 adults were killed by the gunman during the attack that took place.
Uvalde Consolidated Independent Chief of Police Pete Arredondo has stated that the shooting began at 11:32 local time on a Tuesday. The attacker was believed to be working alone during this attack.

So far, only two students have been identified during the shooting that took place. A family member confirmed the death of their 10-year-old son Xavier Lopez and Amerie Jo Garza in a statement that took place on Tuesday!
“My little love is now flying high with the angels above. Please don’t take a second for granted. Hug your family. Tell them you love them,” the family wrote.
Joe Biden had this to say about the situation. This could be the end to guns in the US as more and more shootings are happening.
