Love Islander Molly-Mae’s bun is almost as famous as her, everyone has been taking to social media to express how obsessed they are with her hair. Following all the requests Love Island have set Molly do a hair tutorial to show the fans how to get the look.
In the video clip, Molly talks through the process step-by-step and it turns out that her self-titled ‘Everyday Bun’ is simply a twisted top knot, which takes around 3o seconds to create.

Easy, right? Well people have been taking to Twitter to show their failed attempts…
“I flip my head upside down, so all your hair is facing downwards.”
“I gather it at the top of my head so you’ve got a swishy pony.”
“Then I grab it with the other hand and then just twist it whilst it’s in place. I twist it round again, and I keep twisting until it’s all sat on the top of my head and then I literally just take a hairband, normally a hairband that can go round twice, and then I just secure it in place.”
A lot of people have gone to Twitter to show of their attempts but a lot of people were left disappointed as it came out nothing like Molly’s bun. Now for the recreations…

As you may have guessed hair extensions play a big role in Molly Mae’s perfect bun. Someone also took to Twitter to show their take on how to do her bun without extensions.
