This is The Body Shop’s scheme in a bid to tackle plastic pollution. By doing the scheme it will stop more plastic going to landfills or being burnt. Even if you’re not a Body Shop customer, you can still bring in your beauty empties from other brands and recycle them in store while you browse but you will not receive a voucher which is understandable.

The Body Shop global community trade manager, Lee Mann commented: “As a company, we’ve always had the conviction to stand up for our principles when it comes to helping empower people, especially women, while protecting our planet,”

“Our new partnership with Plastics for Change and our other partners will not only help support waste pickers but also champion plastic as a valuable, renewable resource when used responsibly.”
