After the 2nd of December, the UK offically come out of lockdown and into the new tier system that is being created by the PM Boris Johnson and the Health Secretary Matt Hancock! This new system has changed due to the first time not doing so great however Boris says it’ll be different this time round!
The tier system has 3 levels, 1 is the virus is barely there and not many people are getting infected, 2 is most places will be shut due to Coronavirus and other may remain open with some rules out in place, 3 is the full local lockdown.
The first time this happened, more than 20,000 cases were found and growing from the begining of October, now it has seemingly went down with full lockdown forcing people to stay at home with or without the virus. The tier system has been put in place to stop the virus from spreading everywhere once again, but the first this didn’t work, will it work this time?
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said that the tier system has been changed to suit the needs in containing the virus and stopping people from dying to the virus. More than 1,000,000 people have died currently and Boris wants the UK to be as safe as can be.
