The brand new version of the tier system is about to be set and about to happen in the UK after a few more days in lockdown. Lockdown has been long and has been the main part of this year, however, 2021 may not be much different if Covid cases don’t go down throughout this year.
Boris Johnson wants this tier system to work and make sure that Covid-19 stops in the UK. After lockdown is over, they will review the situation while the UK is out of lockdown, making sure that coming out of lockdown is the right choice and if it was the right time to let the UK out of lockdown.
Lockdown has taken up most of this year as Covid-19 has been the unknown virus that has killed over 1,oo0,000 people worldwide. Over 60,000,000 people have been tested positive for the virus and over 30,000,000 have recovered from the virus. The virus is needing to stop as soon as possible as it is effecting everyone more than anyone expected.
2021 however may not be any different as Covid-19 will still be around and still won’t have a vaccine created. The vaccine is said to be released in 2021 Spring, meaning the UK could go into lockdown again after this month which could mean another lockdown year.
