Sadly there will be no March Madness in 2020 due to the current pandemic. Given this, it will be interesting to see who if anyone gets awarded the National Title. Kansas was ranked no1 in both the AP for week 20 & Coaches polls for week 19 so they are the prime candidates. In fact, they have been ranked first since week 17 in both and have been top 3 since week 12. Thus although they probably won’t make a claim history will no doubt pencil them in there. Had the finals been played there is a good chance there would have been a rematch of the game below.
Anyway despite the difficulties it has been a great season and at the end of the day, it’s player safety that counts. The final rankings are below:

Pretty much a consensus at the top with the only change in the top 6 being a switch of places between Baylor & Florida State.
