Ok, I’m confused…WHY is this movie considered one of the “worsts”?! I loved it as a kid & seeing this for the first time makes me see all the though, hard work & effort put into this movie by the actors & film makers. I dont think movies today have a 10th of what Mr. DeMillle put into his movie! This was awesome & I think it deserved the Oscar & definitely more respect!!
By the way, I’m 24! I appreciate good movies & this is one of them!

@JackKlompus13 Thats no excuse! There’s ALWAYS something you can do! You can take a page right out of this movie and derail a circus train for example! Hey, if there is as much evil and suffering as you claim in these circuses, than they have it comming to them, right?

There is nothing worse than someone who complains about a problem but is unwilling to get up and solve it themselves.
@JackKlompus13 Considerable suffuring and abuse occurs in all forms of entertainment theses days. Especially reality shows. Or any show that depicts people and animals getting hurt. Just as the guys on Jackass. And yet you don’t bother to call fans of shows like that sadists, do you?

i like this movie i was circus artist and i saw the Ringling museum in Sarasota wonderfull…
the score was done by victor young……….he left us far too early but his musici lives on……….
