“More than anything else I love Bill.” This is one of the lines Margo Channing says in the monologue scene. And I get the line modified to this: More than any actress I love Bette Davis. I am now 35 but I realize she is ageless! I even use a photo of hers for my own cell phone screen. “All About Eve” is eternal and Bette Davis will remain a legend time after forever. I really miss her.

this was so Laughably awful!, “Patronizing, dumbed down, arrogant nonsense with a boring script and boring actors who over act with as much subtlety as a brick.

Thanks for your comment. I realize talent oozes out of Bette Davis, even though she obtained the Academy Award twice.

@Operalover12002 well, she also failed to get the award few years later, for her terrific interpretation in ‘What ever happened to Baby Jane?’. Not always a prize is a just indicator of the talent of an artist…

My favorite line is the scene in the pantry with Margo and Max, the impresario. “Miss Caswell is coming directly from Hollywood to this party”, says Max; “Aw, shucks, I sent my autograph book to the cleaner’s,” growls Margo.

I like the theme music used for the opening of this film. But I always wonder
why Bette Davis failed to get the award for playing Margo Channing. It was really
    phenomenal.
