Overall there are seven main lines to explore, with five of them running through or into Carlisle Railway Station it’s self; so that is an excellent place to start. Carlisle also offers easy to access from both the north and south of the UK for those travelling from farther afield.  We will cover each Railway line in a little more detail in our other articles, however below is a list of them with the relevant stations.
