Cloud technologies are good at helping to achieve this. Cloud services allow a user to store files in the \u201ccloud\u201d to be accessed anywhere. Mobile phones in recent years have been able to download apps which can assist in work; you can even create slide show presentations\u00a0and edit pictures on a mobile phone. You can also hold conference calls with your work colleagues with apps such as oovoo, which allow multiple people to video chat at the same time, or you can use Skype. Skype\u00a0allows users to video call across multiple devices\u00a0such as phones, laptops and PCs. This is convenient as users can call each other from multiple locations and at any time of the day.
