In what was a back and forth as well as thoroughly entertaining series, Boston got the better of the Toronto Maple Leafs 4-3 in this Eastern Conference First Round. The two met at this stage last season and Boston won that one 4-3 also. This time around though they had to come back from 3-2 down, and although the score in the final game was 5-1 they can thank goalie Tuukka Rask for the win as he pulled off a raft of saves. Toronto will no doubt be disappointed, however, Boston did finish well ahead of them in the regular-season standings.
