The rationale seems to be that they were promised frictionless trade with the EU if we left, and now years down the track they still haven&#8217;t made any strategic changes to accommodate what could be a new reality. Most surprising was the comments made to the BBC by\u00a0Waterstones chief executive James Daunt who reportedly says\u00a0 &#8220;All the paper we use is imported.
