So identifying who will need future treatment is important because it gives professionals time to prepare.<\/p>\n<p>One doctor said:\u00a0\u201cHospitals are just so overstretched that if someone doesn\u2019t immediately need oxygen they may not be able to find a place for them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut they might be able to say, \u2018You really need to check back in tomorrow\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The main point of this is to lessen the burden on the health service.
