The NHS is currently in a terrible situation, there are a lot of workers for the NHS. There are a lot of job opportunities for people around the UK wanting to join the NHS, however, this is known as one of the biggest staff shortages in the history of the NHS!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The largest number of unfilled NHS job vacancies is seemingly normal for some people looking for jobs, however, there are a lot of risks proving to happen due to this.<\/p>\n

It found England is now short of 12,000 hospital doctors and more than 50,000 nurses and midwives, which has resulted in a panic in the system and making this one of the worst moments in NHS history and proving that it is a crisis.<\/p>\n

“Persistent understaffing in the NHS poses a serious risk to staff and patient safety, a situation compounded by the absence of a long-term plan by the government to tackle it,”\u00a0 said the former Health Secretaty Jeremy Hunt!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The government said the workforce is growing and NGS is drawing up plans to have a long-term plan to recruit more staff in the coming months and or years.<\/p>\n

The NHS could be at the worst it has ever been, however, the main plan is to recruit as many NHS staff as possible that fit the right description.<\/p>\n
