For many of us in the UK, this may be the last time some people worry about this infectious virus as more and more restrictions are lifted. On Thursday however, the PM announced that everything will be lifted to allow freedom in the UK.<\/p>\n

With all restrictions being taken away, this means the UK is finally back to normal after a 2 year long wait due to Covid-19, however this may not be the end of Covid-19. This could just be the beginning of another huge wave of infections, another wave of people going to hospital and another wave which could take the UK back into lockdown for the 5th time!<\/p>\n

Covid-19 is a weird virus to say the least, one minute the UK is getting as low as 500 cases a day, the next 100,000 cases a day with the NHS staff overwhelmed and PM Boris Johnson announcing more rules to help stop the spread.<\/p>\n

This virus has been similar to how the flu works and how the flu is contained, therefore the PM made it clear that the UK will no longer be in lockdown after a vaccine has been made to help the spread stop.<\/p>\n

With all this in mind, this won’t be the end of Covid-19. This will be the beginning of a new way to cope with Covid-19 and possibly a way to control it. With Covid-19 having a vaccine made within a year, knowing how the spread happens and more. The UK will be able to pin point what they have to do to stop the spread quicker and easier than ever before.<\/p>\n

There is some down sides to doing this plan however. With all restrictions leaving, this means that people who test positive are more than likely not going to self isolate due to the rules stating they no longer need to self isolate anymore. Meaning more and more people across the UK are more than likely going to get the virus for the second time and or the first.<\/p>\n
