He admitted causing a &#8220;public nuisance and persistently making use of a public communication network to cause annoyance&#8221; and was given a 10-week prison sentence on Wednesday, suspended for 24 months. He was also made to attend 40 days of a rehabilitation activity, and to pay a victim surcharge of \u00a3122.
