This apparently wasn&#8217;t the first time the shop was penalised for breaching certain rules either. The takeaway, after receiving the fine, said the Police should have been &#8220;more lenient&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The food was served at 22:04 according to reports, and was processed at 10pm. A spokesman for BIM&#8217;s said that the staff wouldn&#8217;t have served the food had they thought they were breaking the law, and that the Police have been a bit harsh.
