The two cats, Sandy and Peach, who the inspector did see, were rescued back in November.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 670px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ichef.bbci.co.uk\/news\/660\/cpsprodpb\/16AB5\/production\/_110535829_mediaitem110535826.jpg\" alt=\"Noel the cat\" width=\"660\" height=\"371\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Noel was left all alone in the house, with no one to care for him. \/\/RSPCA<\/p><\/div>\n<p>A neighbour called the RSPCA after seeing Noel inside the empty house about three weeks after the inspector visited.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Poor Noel had been alone in the property for almost a month,&#8221; the RSPCA said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Luckily he was quick-thinking and had helped himself to bags of food, which were found torn apart.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Noel was reportedly very &#8220;incredibly scared and traumatised&#8221; upon their arrival to the house, and following the rescue.
