Gym chain PureGym has announced that it will be opening its doors to customers from the 27th of July.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gyms, were the type of business that were closed pretty early in the pandemic, due to the risk of everyone being so close inside the gym and touching the same items. However, so far they\u2019ve been one of the last facilities to reopen in the UK, with pubs, restaurants and other businesses in the hospitality sector opening first. Many gym-goers have been anxiously waiting to hear just some sort of news about gyms, and have been getting quite frustrated about the delay in reopening them. But, from the 25th of July, gyms can start reopening, and popular gym chain PureGym has announced it will be opening its doors again on the 27th of July.<\/p>\n

Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden said at yesterday\u2019s briefing: “From Saturday 25th people will no longer have to work out in their park or on their living room floor.<\/p>\n

“They’ll be able to get back into their gyms, their indoor swimming pools, their leisure <\/span>centres<\/span> and jump on that spin bike or treadmill for the first time in months.”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

But PureGym clearly want a few more days to prepare, as they\u2019ve chosen the 27th to reopen. In their own statement, they said:<\/div>\n
