Michael Gove said the adverts encourage &#8220;shared responsibility&#8221; for preparing to leave the EU on October 31st.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The campaign could cost as much as \u00a3100m as ministers want to inform people on what to do.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The campaign will also involves leaflets, online seminars and information sheets at events. Britons who are expecting to travel to Europe and businesses which export to the EU are among the group of people being targeted for this campaign.
