Despite concerns that there may be a second wave of coronavirus in the UK, the death toll has risen by 64 in the last 24 hours, the lowest rise since Lockdown began.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The rise of 64 is only in hospital settings, and is expected to be higher later on when other figures for other settings are revealed. The total is then expected to pass 43,000.<\/p>\n

Recent Wednesday\u2019s brought often more than double the deaths of today, with 97 last Wednesday, 107 the week before, and 215 on the Wednesday before that. The biggest rise was a few months ago, when the death toll rose by 936, on the 8th of April.<\/p>\n

The number of deaths by region are broken down like this:<\/p>\n

– Midlands: 19<\/p>\n

– North West: 11<\/p>\n

– North East and Yorkshire: 8<\/p>\n

– London: 6<\/p>\n

– East: 4<\/p>\n

– South East: 3<\/p>\n

– South West: 0<\/p>\n

Health leaders have apparently been called for an \u201curgent review\u201d regarding the Coronavirus, just before lockdown measures are set to be relaxed even more, with pubs, hairdressers, and restaurants opening back up on the 4th or July; they\u2019re worried about a second wave of Coronavirus.<\/p>\n

The two meter distancing rule will also be slashed to 1 meter, to make life a bit easier for the hospitality sector. But, some argue this is a dangerous move, and all the restrictions that are getting lifted, are getting lifted too soon. Hotels are also being reopened under certain circumstances, with those staying there being urged to wear face masks.<\/p>\n
