Those bastions of human rights and friends of the Trump Administration Saudi Arabia has continued to object to a key IPCC scientific report that urges drastic cuts in carbon emissions indicating there were huge benefits in keeping average temperature rises this century to 1.5C compared 2C or more, something that is still possible if drastic cuts in emissions were initiated by 2030.
