The retailer is also introducing bleached paper dispensing bags for prescriptions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prescriptions at its central pharmacy will be sent out in plastic packaging even though it has been criticized by customers. Boots commented on the matter saying the bags need to be durable and the plastic is recyclable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The new paper bags will start of in 53 of its 2,485 stores but by early 2020 all of its chains will be using paper bags. The bags will cost 5p, 7p and 10p &#8211; there current plastic bags cost 5p or 10p depending on size. years, and the move to unbleached paper bags is another pivotal moment in that journey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;There is no doubt that our customers expect us to act
