{"id":11470,"date":"2019-02-13T14:31:18","date_gmt":"2019-02-13T14:31:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fiveminutesspare.com\/news\/?p=11470"},"modified":"2019-02-13T14:31:49","modified_gmt":"2019-02-13T14:31:49","slug":"libby-squire-cctv-footage-emerges-from-the-night-of-her-disappearance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiveminutesspare.com\/news\/libby-squire-cctv-footage-emerges-from-the-night-of-her-disappearance\/","title":{"rendered":"Libby Squire: CCTV footage emerges from the night of her disappearance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New CCTV footage has been found of missing student, Libby Squire, on her night out.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/av\/embed\/p070q7yn\/47223042\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" frameborder=\"0\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The CCTV clip show a woman, confirmed by police as 21-year-old Libby Squire, near the Welly Club music venue in Hull at about 23:20 GMT on 31 January.<\/p>\n<p>Police are continuing to search the area near from where she was last seen.<\/p>\n<p>Her parents\u00a0Lisa and Russ Squire have released new photographs of Libby and provided some information behind pictures that have already been released.\u00a0\u00a0Her parents are due to attend a special service at their local church today.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Her parents said:<\/strong> \u201cLibby is a much loved big sister to her three younger siblings. They all really look up to her and she always expects them to behave.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLibby has a big heart. She is always happy and having fun. Libby was born on New Year&#8217;s Day in 1998.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"story-body__unordered-list\">\n<li class=\"story-body__list-item\"><strong>31 January<\/strong>: Libby\u00a0Squire\u00a0is believed to have been dropped off in a taxi from The Welly nightclub to her student home on Wellesley Avenue at about 23:30. She did not enter the house but her phone was found there. She was spotted on CCTV 10 minutes later near a bench on Beverley Road, by the junction with Haworth Street, where a motorist stopped to offer her help<\/li>\n<li class=\"story-body__list-item\"><strong>1 February:<\/strong>\u00a0The philosophy student is believed to have remained in the area until about 00:09.
