But eating loads of chicken and taking protein supplements alone won&#8217;t have your biceps popping.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So how does protein actually help you build muscle?<\/p>\n<p>Protein is made up of amino acids, which are involved in most reactions in your body, one way or another. They surround and fill the tears that are made when you exercise and lift weights, making you, well, your muscles, bigger and stronger.<\/p>\n<p>Balance is everything when it comes to diet!
