Arsenal & Chelsea Look To Make History<\/h2>\n

Both Arsenal & Chelsea will go into tonights Europa League Semi Final Second Legs as slight favourites as they look to make history not only by making it the first ever all English Europa League Final but also by making both major European Competitions this year all English affairs. Spurs & Liverpool<\/a> have already done their bit here both coming back from 3-0 down on aggregate to reach the Champions League Final in Madrid.<\/p>\n

Arsenal travel to Valencia with a two-goal cushion, however, they will have to be careful as the Spanish side do have an away goal. Still, their manager Unai Emery has plenty of experience in this competition having won it three years running as manager of Sevilla and will look to the fact that they have never lost any of their 27 previous European ties in which they have won the first leg by two or more goals. This one could be close but despite their defensive frailties, we expect Arsenal to prevail, although they may lose this tie by the odd goal.<\/p>\n

Chelsea who are fresh from a convincing win over Watford at the weekend which guaranteed their Champions League place, have what could turn out to be a precious away goal take on Eintracht Frankfurt, who have had a bit of a wobble of late having not won any of their last four league games. They travel to Stamford Bridge slightly lucky to be level on aggregate as Chelsea dominated the opening game holding Eintracht to 33% possession and a solitary shot on target.\u00a0 Chelsea also broke Athletico Madrid’s record of 15 consecutive unbeaten Europa League matches in that game, and even a 0-0 draw in this one will see them through to the final in the Olympic Stadium Baku. With Eden Hazard likely to start Chelsea should win this one by a couple of clear goals.<\/p>\n
