Over the weekend, Liverpool went up against Tottenham and managed to pull off a 2-1 win over them! A lot of Tottenham fans believe that Hugo Lloris is the one to blame, since he was the one that caused the second goal against them! Tottenham were one of the only teams that could challenge Liverpool and potentially make them lose all hope, however the score ended 2-1, with Firmino scoring the first goal for Liverpool. Liverpool have now got a huge chance of winning the League, they need to hope that Manchester City lose two of their games! Remember they still have one game in hand over Liverpool.<\/p>\n

Currently Liverpool are top of the League, with Manchester City close behind them. This is one of the closes titles races we have ever seen. One club can win the league, right now it\u2019s looking like it can be anyone. Manchester City could win the league due to them having one game in hand on Liverpool, but Liverpool still must go up against Chelsea, as Manchester City have got to go up against, Tottenham and Manchester United. So, Liverpool have the easier team to beat. Will they win the League, however?<\/p>\n

During the 2-1 victory over Tottenham, Van Dijk managed to get an injury. Liverpool defender managed to injury himself when going in for a tackle against Moussa Sissoko! He collided with Sissoko in the 85th minute while successfully defending a two on one situation, however Klopp is hopeful that is injury isn\u2019t serious. Klopp said: “I don’t know if he twisted it or it is a knock. He was walking to the interviews with a big ice pack (on his ankle).” So, right now we don\u2019t know if the injury is serious or not!<\/p>\n
