Put the vegetables, sauces, peanuts and herbs in a bowl and stir to combine. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"method__item\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cut the pastry sheets in half and brush with some of the melted butter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"method__item\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Stick 2 of the halves together, then arrange 1\u20444 of the filling in the middle. Brush with some more butter and roll up. Transfer to a baking sheet.
