Put the flour and egg in 2 separate bowls.<\/li>\n<li>Dust the chicken in the flour, then the egg and then the spiced breadcrumbs. Put on a rack over a baking tray.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the oven to 200C\/fan 180C\/gas 6. Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes or until crisp, golden and cooked through.
