Fry the chorizo in a large frying pan for 3 mins, until it releases its oil. Add the onion, celery, red pepper and garlic, and cook until softened for about 8 mins, stirring from time to time.<\/p>\n<p>2. Stir in the wine, tomatoes and seasoning and simmer for 15 mins, until the sauce thickens.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add the drained and rinsed beans and simmer for a further 5 mins until everything is piping hot. Sprinkle with parsley, if liked.
