Drain and reserve 150ml\/5fl oz cooking water.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium\u2013high heat. Stir-fry the onions and peppers for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Push the peppers and onions to one side and add the chicken and spices.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Fry for 5 minutes, then stir the chicken into the peppers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Stir the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche into the chicken mixture, then slowly add the reserved pasta water.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Season with salt and pepper then fold in the pasta and allow to heat through for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Divide between pasta bowls and sprinkle over the cheese.
