{"id":2596,"date":"2023-02-16T13:44:06","date_gmt":"2023-02-16T13:44:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiveminutesspare.com\/food\/?p=2596"},"modified":"2023-02-16T13:44:06","modified_gmt":"2023-02-16T13:44:06","slug":"one-pan-baked-salmon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiveminutesspare.com\/food\/one-pan-baked-salmon\/general\/","title":{"rendered":"One-pan baked salmon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is made possible by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/\">BBC<\/a> Foods!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"recipe-ingredients__heading gel-double-pica\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"recipe-ingredients__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">650g\/1lb 7oz small Maris Piper\u00a0potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 3cm\/1\u00bcin chunks<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">2\u20133 tbsp\u00a0olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">1 large\u00a0garlic\u00a0clove, sliced<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">6\u00a0spring onions, trimmed and cut into 3cm\/1\u00bcin lengths<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">200g\/7oz Tenderstem\u00a0broccoli, cut into 5cm\/2in lengths<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">8\u00a0asparagus\u00a0spears, trimmed and cut into 5cm\/2in lengths<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">12\u00a0cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">4 x 150g\/5\u00bdoz\u00a0salmon\u00a0fillets<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flatleaf\u00a0parsley<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">1 tbsp chopped fresh\u00a0dill<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">2 tbsp\u00a0capers, chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">3 tbsp extra virgin\u00a0olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">\u00bd unwaxed\u00a0lemon, zest and juice only<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">salt and freshly ground\u00a0black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"recipe-method__heading gel-double-pica\">Method<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Preheat the oven to 200C\/180C Fan\/Gas 6.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Place the potatoes a large roasting tin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, season well with salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Turn the potatoes over, add the garlic and spring onions and cook for a further 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Remove the tin from the oven, add the broccoli, asparagus and cherry tomatoes and stir to coat in the hot oil.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Make four spaces among the vegetables, and nestle one salmon fillet in each space, season well, drizzle with a little olive oil and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Meanwhile combine the chopped herbs, capers, extra virgin olive oil and lemon zest and juice in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Drizzle the herby dressing over the salmon and vegetables and serve.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><strong>Banner and Image Credit: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/\">BBC<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is made possible by BBC Foods!
