class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">350g\/12oz\u00a0mushrooms, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">5cm\/2in piece fresh root\u00a0ginger, peeled and grated<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">2\u00a0garlic\u00a0cloves, grated<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">2 tsp freshly ground\u00a0black pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">3 tbsp\u00a0soy sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">2\u00a0vegetable stock\u00a0cubes<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">600g\/1lb 5oz ramen, wholewheat or any type of\u00a0noodles<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">300g\/10\u00bdoz\u00a0carrots, peeled and finely diced<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">300g\/10\u00bdoz frozen\u00a0peas, thawed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"recipe-main-info gel-layout__item gel-1\/1 gel-2\/3@l\">\n<div class=\"gel-layout recipe-method-list recipe-method--no-links\">\n<div class=\"recipe-method gel-layout__item\">\n<div class=\"recipe-method-wrapper\">\n<h2 class=\"recipe-method__heading gel-double-pica\">Method<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">To make the chilli oil, stir all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Set aside.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">To make the ramen, boil the eggs in a small saucepan of simmering water for 7\u20138 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Remove and plunge into a bowl of cold water for a few minutes before peeling, halving and setting the eggs aside.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion and mushrooms for 6\u20137 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Add the ginger, garlic, pepper and soy sauce and stir for 30 seconds.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Crumble in the stock cubes, pour in 1.5 litres water and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Prepare the noodles according to the packet instructions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Add the carrots, peas and cooked noodles to the pan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Simmer for another 3 minutes until the vegetables have slightly softened.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p
