gel-great-primer-bold\">For the marinade<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"recipe-ingredients__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">1 tsp\u00a0salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">\u00bc tsp white or\u00a0black pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">\u00bd tsp\u00a0sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">1 tbsp vegetable or\u00a0sunflower oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">2\u00a0garlic\u00a0cloves, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">2\u20133 large red\u00a0chillies, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">\u00bd tbsp light\u00a0soy sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">200ml\/7fl oz fresh\u00a0chicken stock<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">1\u00a0spring onion, finely sliced<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-ingredients__list-item\">handful\u00a0fresh coriander\u00a0stalks, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"recipe-method__heading gel-double-pica\">Method<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">To make the wontons, put the garlic, ginger, spring onion, coriander, celery, shiitake mushrooms and Chinese leaves in a large bowl.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Add the pork mince and prawns to the bowl.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Mix all of the ingredients for the marinade together in a small bowl and add to the filling mixture.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Mix everything together well.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">To create the wontons, place 1 teaspoon of the mushroom mixture in the centre of a wonton wrapper.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Using the tip of your finger, wet all of the sides of the wrapper with cold water.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Fold one of corners of the wrapper over the filling to its opposite corner and press pastry down to seal all sides and to form a triangle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Holding the base of the triangle with your thumbs, pull the two bottom corners of the triangle towards each other, then overlap the ends and press together to form a trough-shaped wonton.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Set aside and fold all of the wontons in the same way.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Bring a saucepan of water with a pinch of salt to the boil. Place the wontons in the boiling water and then lower the heat to a gentle simmer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">This might need to be done in stages to avoid overcrowding. Boil the wontons for 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Place all of the wontons in a large deep bowl that will easily have room for the broth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">To make the broth, heat the oil over a medium heat in a saucepan and fry the garlic and chillies for 2 minutes before adding the soy sauce and chicken stock.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
