Add the cumin seeds and, as they begin to sizzle, add the garlic and chilies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Fry for a minute, then add the onion and continue to fry for 7 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Add the coriander and turmeric and stir well.
