Reserve a few whole chick peas for serving.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, tahini, and water in a food processor.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Blend to a creamy pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Add more lemon juice, garlic, cumin, or salt to taste.
