Keep doing this for about 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Use a potato masher to press the mixture into the pan to create a big potato cake, then slide out or upturn the pan onto a serving plate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Cover and keep warm, while you fry the eggs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">In the same pan, heat a little more oil.
