Season well with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"recipe-method__list\">\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until fragrant, then stir in the rice, stock, and tomatoes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Bring to the boil, stirring often, then reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Add the prawns, stir through the rice and cook for a further 4\u20135 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Stir through the parsley, reserving a little for garnish.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Divide the jambalaya between four plates, top with the reserved parsley and serve immediately with the lemon wedges alongside.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><strong>Banner and Image Credit: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/\">BBC<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is made possible by BBC Foods!
