Heat the oil in a small frying pan over high heat and carefully pour the oil over the ingredients in the bowl.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">To make the sauce, mix all of the ingredients together with 1 tablespoon of boiling water in a bowl or ramekin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Drain the aubergine and courgette slices and place them in a heatproof shallow bowl with the aubergine on the bottom and the courgette pieces stacked on top.
