{"id":195,"date":"2018-11-15T11:24:03","date_gmt":"2018-11-15T11:24:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fiveminutesspare.com\/food\/?p=195"},"modified":"2018-11-15T11:24:03","modified_gmt":"2018-11-15T11:24:03","slug":"sweet-potato-parcel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiveminutesspare.com\/food\/sweet-potato-parcel\/meat-free-recipes\/","title":{"rendered":"Sweet potato parcel"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>This weeks meat free recipe is sweet potato parcel<\/h4>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 Sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into 2-3cm chunks)<\/li>\n<li>5 tbsp cold pressed rapeseed oil<\/li>\n<li>1 onion (thinly sliced)<\/li>\n<li>2 large garlic cloves (crushed)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp chilli flakes<\/li>\n<li>1 small bunch sage (leaves sliced)<\/li>\n<li>180g pack chestnuts (roughly chopped)<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp cranberry sauce<\/li>\n<li>5 sheets filo pastry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat oven to 200C\/180C fan\/gas 6. Put the potatoes on to a baking tray and toss with 1 tbsp of the oil., season and roast for 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>In the meantime, heat another 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and cook the onion over a medium heat for about 7-10 minutes to soften, stir in the garlic, chilli flakes and sage. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the chestnuts, cranberry sauce and the sweet potato cubes. Season a little.<\/li>\n<li>Line a 20cm square tin with a rectangle of baking paper that comes up two sides of the tin.
