Transfer to the fridge and leave to marinate for 1 hour.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Heat the sunflower oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Add all the prawns and their marinade and fry for 4 minutes, until cooked through, pink, and slightly sticky.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Remove the lemongrass, add the lemon juice, coriander, and pak choi, and fry for 1 minute.
