Each sausage should give around 5 small balls. No need to use the skin, therefore discard them.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Heat a tablespoon of the oil in a deep non-stick frying pan, and ensure this is a large pan saut\u00e9 pan or large saucepan over medium heat. Add the sausagemeat balls and fry for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the onions and remaining oil and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened and lightly browned. Stir in the curry powder and cook for about a minute before adding the coconut milk, tomatoes, and potatoes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Bring to a gentle simmer, cover loosely with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">While the curry is simmering, cook the rice according to the pack instructions and serve alongside.
