While it&#8217;s heating up, line a baking tray with a piece of baking paper!<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, and salt into a mixing bowl and stir in the oats. Make sure the mixing bowl is large, otherwise this may not work!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">In a separate bowl to the other one, stir the melted coconut oil, sugars, aquafaba, and vanilla together until thoroughly combined.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until everything is combined evenly. With the raisins too!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Drop heaped teaspoons of mixture onto the tray, allowing 5cm of space between each cookie.
