Ensure that the deep frying pan and or casserole dish is rather large for this. Add the sausages and fry until browned all over. Remove from the pan. Make sure to set aside while doing the rest.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Add the bacon to the pan and fry for a few minutes until crisp; remove and set aside with the sausages otherwise they will mix and taste terrible.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Add the onion, red pepper, carrot, and garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Add the stock, tomatoes, tomato pur\u00e9e, and thyme, and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Return the bacon and sausages to the pan after all is done and well. Cover and simmer over gentle heat for about 20 minutes.
