Add the remaining oil and the onion and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until they soften.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Next, add the spices and salt, then the chopped tomatoes and boiling water.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Cover and cook over low heat for 25\u201330 minutes or until the squash is soft, stirring occasionally.
