Transfer to a plate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>After this return the pan to heat and add the remaining oil and fry the onions over medium heat for 10 minutes or less, or until softened.<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Return the chicken to the pan and add the chili flakes and heat through with the onions for 2 minutes more, mixing together until hot and cooked throughout.
