Set the browned sausages to one side for now until everything else is done.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"recipe-method__list-item\">\n<p class=\"recipe-method__list-item-text\">Reduce the heat to medium heat and put garlic on the onions in the remaining oil for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, red pepper, chili, oregano, and sausages to the pan.
