as a bit of an anglophile i always thought british television and movies were better than most/almost all of american TV shows. it makes me mad when i see a show i knew from BBC America such as “life on mars” completely copied to an american show.
@f15izaak Well, granted they were government issue. Children had a choice back then, blue plastic frames for boys and pink for girls. I bet they’re retro- hip now! All in all, like the suits, the glasses still look better than, say, metal octagons or large aviator -type frames.

No, its because those glasses were normal at the time and became ‘hip’ later on as they are old and different
