One popular budget friendly eyelash brand are stocking the UK’s first range of false lashes for cancer patients.<\/p>\n
Eylure have specifically designed C-lash for people who have lost their natural lashes, the false lashes are soft, flexible and have a invisible band that helps application. The C-lash provides a solid foundation for the lashes to stick to the eyelids and remain in place all day.<\/p>\n
The woman behind this design is cancer survivor Codilia Gapare who saw a gap in the false eyelash markert after her diagnosis in 2014. She struggled to find any false lashes that would work for her and replace her natural ones. The C-lash is suitable for people who are experiencing hair loss due to alopecia, cancer or any other lesser-known disorder. Beauty retailer, Boots put Codilia in touch with Eylure for her business adventure together they have helped her launch the lashes.<\/p>\n
Codilia told the Metro<\/a>:<\/strong> “Losing my hair was a big deal. No one talks about how much hair you lose though. I lost my eyelashes, eyebrows, pubes, underarm hair.<\/p>\n
“But I wasn\u2019t prepared to lose my lashes. When my lashes started to thin out, I bought fake ones but I struggled because it took off all the remaining hair. I didn\u2019t do it for attention, I just wanted to feel like myself. I just wanted to be me again. \u2018You want your face to feel like your face.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nSo today I walked into Boots Market Street Manchester. C-Lash was displayed on a gondola in a prime space. I know what it takes for a store like Boots to put a product there. I just want to say, thank you for your support.
