pieces of work. In his typical fashion, the film is witty, fast-paced, and very cleverly put together all around.<\/p>\n<p>It is simply one of those movies where you don't have to guess what's going to happen, you just simply take a seat and enjoy the ride. Brilliant performances throughout the film the main cast just bouncing off each other and delivering the dialect brilliantly that just keeps you glued to the screen.<\/p>\n<p>If I was forced to pick a favourite performer from this, personally I would have to pick Hugh Grant. His character, snivelling as he is, is funny, quick and conniving and Grant just brings it to life. It was also, for me anyway, a role that I wouldn't have associated with Hugh Grant, so it was just a pleasant surprise.<\/p>\n<p>I don't want to give any of the plot away, because if you haven't seen it, you just have to watch it, drinks and snacks at the ready, but basically it's a rollercoaster, there's enough going on to expect the unexpected but not too much that dilutes the overall arch.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a fan of Guy Richie's other works such as Snatch and Lock Stock this is definitely one for you.<\/p>\n<p>My personal review of this film is a solid score of 4.5\/5<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Gentleman Runtime: 1 hour 53 Mins Release Date: 24th January 2020 (United States) Movie Summary Michael Pearson, an American ex-pat, attempts to sell his well-established marijuana empire in England.
